Cancellations / Amendments:

You must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment by contacting Humber Injury Clinic as set out above. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to attend your appointment for any reason, the deposit paid upon booking will be lost. If you cancel your appointment by providing sufficient notice, you have the right to transfer the deposit paid on booking to a more convenient time and date for you free of charge.
